The Town of Saugeen Shores is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide services as an Integrity Commissioner. The Successful Proponent will be responsible for administering the Code of Conduct, conducting investigations in an independent manner in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, the Code of Conduct for both Council and Boards, and the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act. The Town is seeking a professional with a strong background in law, ethics, and/or public administration, who has demonstrated experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of municipal governance, and a commitment to transparency and accountability.
