The Town invites proponents to submit proposals to supply and construct a new 30'X80' park pavilion at Lamont Sports Park, 300 Concession 6 Saugeen Shores Ontario. 

-Bidders will prepare a detailed submission for the supply and installation of a park pavilion structure to be located within an existing 40'X80' rectangular opening in an existing concrete precinct. 
-Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to confirm that the structural engineering requirements of their proposed product will seamlessly mesh with the existing opening in the concrete precinct. 
-Bidders will also be required to install an engineered 5” thick concrete slab with wire mesh, and doweled connections to the existing surrounding slab, matching the grade and finish of the existing slab to close the 40'X80' opening left for construction. 
-The rectangle pavilion structure shall be a single hip pitched roof  with a false dormer on 2 sides, matching the style and colour of the existing pavilion at the subject property.
