The Town of Saugeen Shores invites qualified proponents to submit proposals to provide Property Cleanup Services related to enforcement of the Town’s Clean Yards By-law. Under the authority of the Clean Yards By-law, the Town’s By-law Enforcement Officers may issue orders requiring property owners to remedy conditions that do not comply with the by-law. Where a property owner fails to comply with an issued order within the prescribed timeframe, the Town has the authority to undertake the required remedial work to bring the property into compliance. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to retain a qualified contractor to perform property cleanup and remedial work on behalf of the Town when such enforcement actions are required.
