The Town of Saugeen Shores is inviting firms to submit tenders for Jubilee Park - Phase 1 located within Jubilee Park. The successful proponent’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to all construction activities as detailed within the attached Drawings and Specifications located on the lands at 30 Victoria Street South, Southampton within the Town of Saugeen Shores. The area is a well-established park of approximately 3ha in size. It includes a ball diamond, pavilion, splashpad, washrooms, walking paths, playground and passive green space. The purpose of this work is to make improvements to the existing facilities and landscaping of the grounds. |
