The Town invites proponents to submit proposals to provide professional engineering services for the following road reconstruction projects: Wellington Street (Gustavus St. to Elgin St.) Scope of the services include but not limited to: 

• Phase 1: Preliminary design, surveying, cost analysis, phase one environmental assessment, final design, budgeting, construction tender documents 
• Phase 2: (Provisional and will be awarded in 2026 subject to budget approval): Tendering support, full-time project inspection, material testing, quality control, and contract administration. 

Wellington Street (Gustavus St. to Elgin St.) is approximately 320 meters in length and will be reviewed and converted into a collector urban cross section. This will require review and replacement (if needed) of watermain, sanitary and storm drainage network. A review regarding the placement of sidewalk, curb and gutter would also be required.
