The Town of Saugeen Shores (the “Town” or the “Owner”) is inviting firms to submit tenders for the North Shore Park Redevelopment Phase 1 Construction located within North Shore Park. The successful proponent’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to all construction activities as detailed within the attached Drawings and Specifications located on the lands at 800 Stevens Street within the Town of Saugeen Shores. 

The area is a well-established park of approximately 4 ha in size. It includes a pavilion, splashpad, washrooms, walking paths, playground and passive green space. In 2021 a late summer windstorm caused extensive damage to the tree cover. The purpose of this work is to make improvements to the existing facilities and landscaping of the grounds.
