The Town of Saugeen Shores (the “Town” or the “Owner”) is inviting firms to submit tenders for Lamont Sports Park and Helliwell Park washroom building construction. Lamont Sports Park is located at 300 Concession 10 Port Elgin Ontario. Helliwell Park is located at 98 Grenville St. Southampton Ontario. The successful proponent’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to all construction activities as detailed within the attached Drawings and Specifications located on the subject lands within the Town of Saugeen Shores. Lamont Sports Park is a sports complex approximately 62.5 ha in size which currently includes 6 ball diamonds, a batting cage, an accessible playground and 1.9km of trails. The purpose of this work is to construct a washroom facility to serve users of the complex from April to the end of October annually. Helliwell Park is a parkland of approximately 3 ha in size. It includes 2 soccer fields, passive green space and undeveloped forest lands. The purpose of this work is to construct a washroom facility to serve users of the park from April to the end of October annually.
