The Town is requesting engineering services from qualified respondents to carry out all pre-requisite surveys, studies, detailed engineering and working drawings necessary for the municipality to proceed with the tender and award of reconstruction contracts planned within the 2025 Capital Works Program. The successful consultant will also be requested to secure all external approvals required by senior levels of government as well as review the requirements of utility companies having jurisdiction within the work area. Subject to budget approval in 2026, the successful consultant may be required to complete tendering, surveying, on-site inspection, materials testing/quality control, and contract administration throughout the constructions of the project. All Consultants shall familiarize themselves with all aspects of the work. Further information regarding the scope of work is contained in Section 3, Requirements.
